“The staff at Cheseldine are knowledgeable, friendly and honest.  I'm not sure what else you'd like from a tire & auto place.  All four cars in my family have been sent to Cheseldine for routine maintenance and for any problems, and I have no complaints over their services (which we've used for the past decade or so).  When we first started going there, we were also checking in with a local Jiffy Lube -- until JL told us we needed to pay over a hundred dollars for a faulty part on the car.  We checked with Cheseldine and they told us the correction was needed in a different part (that only cost $20 or something) and saved us a lot of money and headache.  Gary and his staff are honest and fast.

“Let me tell you the store how I came across Cheseldine. I have a 2001 Jeep Wangler that was due, by the book, for a tune up. Nothing was wrong with it. So I took it to a shop down 235 on the left towards the navy base and was told that it would be over $100 for the tune up. So I went to Cheseldine and Gary was at the desk. He took my keys and told me that he would call my cell and let me know anything. So about a half hour later my cell phone rings and Gary said that my jeep is ready. I asked, "How much?" Gary noted that nothing was due because a tune up was not required. Now THAT is service! 11 years later Gary now services all of out vehicles.” William Q.  (from yelp.com )

“ Continued superb service. Just completed a 5,000 mile trip in our 5 year old, 110,000 mile van which Cheseldine has maintained since it was purchased. Trip went great thanks to Cheseldine's superb car care. I've used Cheseldine since moving into the area in 1998. They have not charged me for front end alignments when I asked for one, but they determined I didn't need it, they have replaced the transmission in my 2000 Dodge Caravan, They provide free brake inspections, tire repairs and tire rotations (if you purchased the tires from them so every other oil change I get my tires rotated at no charge), and have provided other superb services.
